1983-1984 Pictures - Page 4 of 4

Frau Mitchell at the Stammtisch (German Table)
Speaking of lunch... this student seems very doubtful about the food she's about to serve.
Is this Dan Teague?  It doesn't look much like a math class, but what the heck do I know about math?
Once again, the front porch of Wyche from a time when it was occupied!  By the fall of 1984, the Wyche House sign picutred here was gone.  It was replaced in the fall of 1985 by Thomas Livengood ('86), who lived on 1st Wyche.
Math teacher Dot Doyle with a selection of interestingly-dressed male students.  I'm sure there's a perfectly reasonably explanation for why they're dressed like that.  Right?
What better way to end a group of NCSSM photos than a picture of a student in the darkroom, the same darkroom where all these pictures were (most likely) developed by the students who shot them?  I know some of my favorite times were when I was developing and printing a roll of film.  I'll always remember the generous time Joe Liles spent getting me up to speed with basic darkroom techniques after I got a camera for Christmas my senior year, and then helping me improve on the basics even though I was never even enrolled in an art class!!  Thanks, Joe.
